The cost of hiring me as your wedding planner varies depending on the number of guests you’ll have, your chosen venue and other factors that impact the complexity of your wedding. We provide custom quotes based on your specific needs after an initial consultation, however the starting price of our full service wedding planning is 2000 EUR.
3. When should we hire a wedding planner?
It’s best to hire a wedding planner as early as possible in the planning process. This allows us to assist you from the beginning and ensure that every detail is covered. Ideally, you should book a planner before booking your venue however if you have already chosen your venue we are happy to start planning your wedding from there.
4. What is the difference between full-service planning and day-of coordination?
Full-Service Wedding Planning: We handle every aspect of your wedding, from start to finish, including venue research, vendor management, budget management, and on-the-day execution.
Day-Of Coordination: We step in a couple of weeks before your wedding to review your plans, create your wedding timeline and manage all details on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is ideal for couples who have planned their wedding but want professional support on the big day so they can be present in the moment.
5. Can we still be involved in the planning process?
Absolutely! We tailor our involvement to your preferences. Whether you want to be deeply involved in every decision or prefer to leave most details to us, we adapt to your level of involvement and keep you informed throughout the process.
6. How do you help us stick to our budget?
We provide a detailed budget spreadsheet that you can access at any time. We also offer guidance on how to allocate funds effectively and recommend vendors that fit within your budget. Our goal is to ensure you get the best value while staying within your financial comfort zone.
7. How do you select vendors for our wedding?
We provide you with a curated list of 3-5 vendor options for each category, such as florists, photographers, and caterers. These recommendations are based on your preferences, budget, and our experience with reliable and high-quality vendors. You have the final say in selecting the vendors that best match your vision.
8. What happens if something goes wrong on the wedding day?
As your wedding planners, we handle any issues that arise on the wedding day, from minor hiccups to major problems. We are trained to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly to ensure that your day goes as planned.
9. Will you be present on the wedding day?
Yes, our team will be present on the wedding day to oversee all aspects of the event, including setup, vendor coordination, and timeline management. We ensure that everything is executed according to your plans and handle any issues that may come up.
